Meet the Director
Mazen Al-Haidar is the Director of Apex Geotechnical, bringing extensive experience across residential, commercial, and land development projects throughout New Zealand.
Having contributed to 300+ projects, his expertise spans geotechnical investigations, slope stability, foundations, retaining structures, earthworks, and natural hazards. His experience includes complex hillside developments, subdivision projects, commercial developments, and construction monitoring.
Mazen established Apex Geotechnical to combine specialist geotechnical expertise with a responsive, client-focused approach. He remains actively involved in every project, providing practical advice and trusted guidance that helps clients move forward with confidence.
